1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Please allow approximately 1–5 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated on the product page.

During launches, limited releases, or high-demand periods, processing times may be longer.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

Cophades currently ships to selected international destinations.

Shipping availability may vary depending on location and carrier restrictions.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Approximate delivery estimates:

•Greece: 1–5 business days
•Europe: 5–14 business days
•International: 7–21 business days

These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

•customs processing
•carrier delays
•weather conditions
•holidays
•high shipping volume periods

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

•destination
•package weight
•shipping method

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on local regulations.

Cophades is not responsible for:

•customs delays
•import fees
•taxes charged by local authorities

Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import laws and fees.

6. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Cophades is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by:

•incomplete information
•failed delivery attempts

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact:cophades@gmail.com

While we will do our best to assist, Cophades is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

•your order number
•photographs of the packaging and item
•a description of the issue

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate solution.

10. Pre-Orders & Kickstarter Orders

For pre-orders or Kickstarter-supported products, estimated shipping timelines may differ from standard orders.

Production schedules, manufacturing timelines, and fulfillment updates will be communicated through:

•email updates
•Kickstarter updates
•official Cophades channels

Delays may occur due to manufacturing or supply chain factors.
