Returns & Withdrawal Policy

At Cophades, we want every piece to arrive with the quality and presence intended.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and your right of withdrawal under applicable European Union consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

After notifying us, the item must be returned within a reasonable period.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

•be unworn and unused
•be returned in original condition
•include original packaging
•show no signs of damage, wear, alteration, or misuse

Cophades reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

•custom-made or personalized products
•made-to-order items where stated
•earrings that have been worn or opened for hygiene reasons
•items damaged through misuse or improper handling

4. Return Process

To request a return, please contact:

Include:

•your order number
•your full name
•the item(s) you wish to return
•the reason for return (optional)

If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

•the item arrived damaged
•the wrong item was received
•the product is defective

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Cophades is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider or bank.

Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

•your order number
•photographs of the item and packaging
•a description of the issue

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

8. Exchanges

At this time, exchanges may be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability.

Please contact us before returning any item intended for exchange.

9. Kickstarter & Pre-Order Products

Products purchased through Kickstarter campaigns or pre-order releases may be subject to separate fulfillment timelines and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the campaign or product description:

•cancellations may not be possible once production begins
•delivery estimates are approximate
•manufacturing delays may occur

Campaign-specific information will always take precedence where applicable.
